First batch of pictures from Serenity3

So, I've narrowed it down to 131 pictures from this weekend. Which is still way too much to actually post on LJ. I've divided the pictures in five categories, and the two first have like 12 pictures in it, so I'll be posting that. And the rest, I'll post a few pictures as "previews" and then give a link to my Scrapbook.

But most importantly!!! Fan''s report is up! In several parts because it's so huge! You have Opening ceremony + Meet and Greet, Saturday (with all the talks) and Sunday (talks + signing). Kudos to her for putting this up so quickly, seriously. *smooches*

And it made me laugh this morning because in this other report, a girl reported Sean waving at someone during the contest on Saturday, thought he was waving at her. Made me realize probably fifteen people out there are absolutely certain that wave was directed at them. Heh.

Anyway! On to some pictures, mostly shots of the convention itself and a few "body shots", those shots were I cut out the head to keep just the body. I find body positions and lines fascinating like that. And believe me, you want to click. There's a special shot at the end at that batch.

"Mainly to the actor" : *G* I don't like saying someone looks/acts gay, because it's nothing but assumptions, and yeah, there's no point, but at Serenity Cubed? I was seriously BAFFLED by the gay vibe I got from Sean. And I wasn't exactly expecting him to be the stereotype of straightness to start with. Obviously doesn't mean anything about whatever his sexual orientation might be, but I was really impressed by how palpable I felt the gay vibes were.

I totally get you for characterization. I'm actually wondering... would you be interested in reading the one Simon fic I've written, give me your opinion of it?

Oh, well, I've thought he was for a long time. Doesn't matter to me. He's still gorgeous whatever his preference. I've got a bunch of gay male friends and I love them to pieces. Of course, I live in Los Angeles, every cute man is gay until proven straight. :)

Sure, I'll read your story. Is it posted somewhere? I'm still getting the hang of this LJ thing so I wouldn't know how to search your LJ to find it.

I've never assumed because... yeah, we just know so little. But I've always thought it'd be really cool if at one of the cons, one of the guys showed up with a boyfriend, just like the girls regularly show up with their boyfriends. Because it would be totally fine with everybody, y'know? Plus, the casualness of it would be great. *steps out of fantasy world* Point is - Sean is so terribly gay, and it's so terribly adorable.

lol about L.A., and it's even worse in San Francisco *g* - whereabout in L.A. d'you live?

Well, someone told me that he showed up at S2? I think it was, with his boyfriend.

Regardless if Sean is or isn't, he's just too adorable for words :)

I'm in Burbank. Yes, right down the street from Flan. LOL!

Ok, I'll check out those links right away. All my stuff is under a link on the right side of my LJ as well if you ever want to read. It's all mostly S/K stuff though.

Someone who I correspond with mentioned it just before she went to S3. And now she's on vacation so I can't grill her more about it. I dunno if its true or not, but it didn't surprise me at all.

Yeah, wouldn't surprise me either. If you remember and that's not too much of a bother, could you ask her about it when she comes back? It's just, I've always thought it would be amazing if it happened like that, just like this completely natural thing, so I'd love to know if it actually has happened. :)
