What you don't have, you don't need now

He he he. I found the Screencap button on WinDVD. He he he. I totally screencaped the whole Willow/Kennedy scene. He he he. It's like a little movie I took so many screencaps. He he he.
Also, Jane Eyre? Not a cool thing to translate. Does anyone know what's the French equivalent to "ugh!" (in the context where someone has sprained his ankle and tries to walk but can't help going "ugh!" because it hurts too much)

Date: 2004-11-08 12:59 am (UTC)A friend of mine made a beautiful Tara/Willow video (but I don't think it goes as far as the end of season 6). If I find it back I'll put it on YouSendIt for you to download it.

Date: 2004-11-08 03:09 am (UTC)It has to be available in French somewhere, there may be a way to find out how it has officially been translated.

Look up at the last paragraph of your post.
Suddenly feel stupid.

Date: 2004-11-11 09:07 am (UTC)As for "ugh", I'm more and more thinking "Aou" (however I decide this sound is spelled in French) fits best... Aie and Ouille just feel weird in the context of the text.

(this is the one I was talking about. It was made by Ronia)
I found back so many Jossverse fan vids... I have at least 5 CDs full of them. Can you imagine I downloaded them when I was still on dial-up?
It brings back all those warm feelings of the Buffy era... you know, when you could get angry at someone for spoiling you about Spike coming back to town... When you believed in Ganya... When you were in denial and thought that, of course, it could go on and on...
Re: here you are:
Date: 2004-11-14 10:42 pm (UTC)I'm just having trouble (so far, since I haven't finished downloading the 3rd video) with the first video, entitled "Happy Girl"... When I try and read it on windows media player or even BSplayer, the image is just so slow, and I don't know why, it's not supposed to be. Any idea, has it ever done that to you?
And yeah, I totally know what you mean about the fan clips... just seeing images or rereading bits of scripts sometimes make me feel warm and nostalgic :)

Date: 2004-11-19 09:46 am (UTC)Btw, sorry if that's indiscreet so feel free not to reply, but how come you post on LJ in English (since I believe I've understood you were French ;)? Or more like, how come you seem to love using English that much?
Re: here you are:
Date: 2004-11-19 11:53 am (UTC)I entered the LJ through American friends and I love using English so I guess that's why I post in English in my LJ. When I come back from England, I feel depressed only because I don't hear anyone anymore speaking English... I do love French, and it's still the only language in which I can truly express my feelings. I love English and there's so much more I have to learn to be completely fluent...
At first I thought it would be a French-English LJ, then I realised all the peeps who might read it understood English, and none of them understood French. An LJ is, by essence, public, so there's no point in typing stuff that no one understands. If you want this, then write your secret diary :-)
Bla bla bla... And I always have crushes on English-speaking guys :-)
