Haha! I totally thought the same thing at first but it's actually fairly easy:

Fiona's nose stripe sharply slants to the left. (One of her front legs is also totally white but you can't see it here.)
Timothy's white mark is much closer to his nose on the right side.
Simon's nose stripe is wider and rounder around his nose. He's also bigger than the other two so you can tell when you pick him up.
