YAY EDIT : The Connecticut Senate approved a civil-union bill today. A very nice piece of info, especially since Kansas passed legislation to ban both gay marriage and civil unions yesterday. If starting with civil unions is the way to go for the States, I think it's great. I don't believe, like some Republicans, that this is the "last stop", but maybe we have to stop at that station first. We can't all be as cool as Massachusetts :-p.
